Welcome to Avalon 1506, a spacious and luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo offering breathtaking direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Perched on the 15th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club, this stunning condo provides panoramic vistas from the balcony, living room, dining area, master bedroom, and master bath. Step onto the balcony to take in the sugar-white sand beach, Avalon pool, wading pool, and hot tub. Upon arrival, as you exit the elevator and approach the entry door, you'll be captivated by the expansive views of the Gulf of America and The Beach Club’s beautifully landscaped grounds. Complimentary WiFi is accessible throughout the condo and the resort.

Elegant & Comfortable Accommodations
The living room features a sofa sleeper, two chairs, and a large TV, perfect for relaxation.

The dining area comfortably seats six at the table, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, and appliances for your convenience.

A stacked washer and dryer is available in the utility closet.

Bedding arrangement: King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom, two Twins in the third bedroom, plus a sofa sleeper.

Linens and starter amenities for the kitchen and baths are provided; however, guests should bring supplies for the duration of their stay.

For approximately $48 per day (per condo, not per person, drops by $2 each additional day, passes MUST be purchased in person onsite at the clubhouse), guests can access The Clubhouse’s private amenities, including:

Booking your stay is seamless, with no check-in lines! Prior to arrival, you will receive an email with all the details you need, including a door code, a packing guide, and information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The Beach Club is an upscale resort and village consisting of Gulf front condominiums, million dollar homes, an exquisite waterfront restaurant and bar, gift shop, café, tennis courts, 5 swimming pools, luxurious spa, gym, incredible grounds, and panoramic gulf front views, and more! Several of the region's finest golf courses are within a few miles -- there are 3 challenging courses within 10 miles of The Beach Club..

Please be advised that a $300 preauthorization hold will be placed on your credit card within 48 hours of checkout to inspect the property for any damages.

Pool key replacement is $75 for lost or stolen pool card
Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM, (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 am)
Occupancy: 8

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
No unregistered guests allowed.

Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed

Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines.

Parking:
One designated parking spot is provided. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first served basis.
Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

Cleanliness:
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately.

Damage:
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.

Safety:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.

Appliances:
Use appliances responsibly.
Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use.

Internet:
Wi-Fi is provided for guest use.
Do not engage in illegal activities or download copyrighted material.

Beach/Pool:
Additional amenities day pass can be purchased for $45 through the Clubhouse
Follow all posted rules for beach and pool use.
Rinse off sand before entering the property.
No glass containers in the pool area.

Check-Out Procedures:
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
Return keys to the designated location.
Dispose of all trash and leave the property in good condition.

Respect:
Treat the property with respect.
Be considerate of neighbors and other guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
