**Each unit will receive:**
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 1 single-use packet of dishwasher detergent
* 1 single-use packet of laundry detergent
* 1 single-use bottle of dish soap
* 1 kitchen sponge
* 2 garbage bags
* 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
Because you are booking both units, **each unit will have these starter supplies available upon arrival**.
These are **starter supplies only** and are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. We recommend purchasing any additional household items your group may need once you've had a chance to get settled.

# Rental Requirements
* Guests must be **25 years of age or older** to rent this property.
* A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
* A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
* A **$700 security deposit hold** will be placed prior to check-in.
* The security deposit hold will be released within **72 hours after departure**, provided there is no damage, missing items, or violation of the rental agreement.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
