100% refund if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival
50% refund if canceled 14–29 days prior to arrival
No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival
Security Deposit
$300 hold
Released within 72 hours AFTER checkout, pending inspection
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
