To help you settle in after your arrival, we provide a complimentary starter kit with basic essentials. This is designed to get you through your first day until you have an opportunity to visit the store.
Your starter kit includes:
1 roll of paper towels
1 single-use packet of dishwasher detergent
1 single-use packet of laundry detergent
1 single-use bottle of dish soap
1 kitchen sponge
2 garbage bags
1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
These are starter supplies only and are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. We recommend purchasing any additional household items you may need once you've had a chance to get settled.
Rental Requirements
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
A $500 security deposit hold will be placed prior to check-in and released within 72 hours after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or violation of the rental agreement.

Pet Policy
We know pets are family! Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please contact us prior to booking for breed and weight restrictions. Dogs only, must be crated at unit.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
