Pirate's Nest & Hideaway is one side of an elevated, two-story duplex on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. The 13th Street public beach access is one block away, Lagoon Pass Park is 0.4 miles, and The Hangout and Gulf Shores Public Beach are about 2.4 miles away. Coastal Stays Vacation Rentals manages the home locally.
THE LAYOUT
- 2580 sq. ft. on two levels, with bedrooms on both floors, Side by side units
- Carpeted living room with sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan and a sliding door to the balcony
- Kitchen with a glass-top dining table for 4 other unit has small seating for 3
- Covered balconies on both levels, furnished with outdoor seating. The upper balcony looks over the homes across the street to the Gulf.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - SLEEPS 16
- Primary bedroom: queen bed, TV, pirate-ship wall art and an ensuite bathroom
- Bunk room: king bed on the bottom, twin on top, plus a twin trundle. A good fit for kids.
- Third bedroom: queen bed, TV and a sliding door to the balcony

- 4 full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo
- 2 half bath
KITCHEN
Refrigerator with ice maker, range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, knife block, pots and pans, baking sheet, grill utensils, dishes and utensils.

Up to 4 dogs, 40 lb max each, with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
- The home is elevated. Stairs lead up from the parking area to the entrance, and more stairs connect the two floors. There is no elevator.
- There is no pool at this property.
- The home is not beachfront. The 13th Street public beach access is one block away, and you'll cross West Beach Boulevard to reach it.
- Pirate's Hideaway is one side of a duplex. Each side has its own entrance, parking and grill area.
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- The primary renter must be 25 or older. Maximum 8 guests. No parties or events.
- No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is held 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
